## Thursday, August 20 - Being able to sit and just participate in a meeting without simultaneously capturing notes frees up my brain to process information, and lessens anxiety that I'm going to forget something later. So no matter where we end up on the whole "is AI the devil?" question...having my little Plaud recorder working as a meeting secretary has made my life measurably better.
