I buy more sneakers than I should. ## The Goods I could never call myself a sneakerhead, and the biggest reason is probably how few pairs of Jordans I've owned. The ones I *have* owned have never made me want to buy more, if I'm being honest. The retros with silhouettes that I like generally aren't super comfortable, and the newer models are...let's just say *disagreeable* to me, aesthetically. But last year, along comes the CMFT Era: a low-top with primarily OG styling cues, but made out of suede and mesh and with "comfort" right in its name. Looked great on the website, so I grabbed a pair. And now I wish I had grabbed the other colorways I liked while they were still available, because it's become one of my favorite pairs. The fit is roomy - lots of toe box space, not a ton of heel-toe drop. Cushioned, but not overly squishy. These are the sort of shoes I'm happy to wear all day, and my feet don't even notice.
